Walking Barefoot

Walking barefoot is healthy!
Shoes narrow our feet, the breathing of the skin and the metabolism is disturbed, muscles and ribbons are untrained and partly rudimentary. Who leaves his shoes does not only strengthen his health, but rather perceives nature and conveys sensibility and sensation. Walking barefoot strengthens bones, circulation and the immune system.
